Great staff, clean and new rooms, perfect location near cafe/restaurant. Amazing city view, especially in the morning. Central location for walking to attractions and restaurants. Good breakfast. Smaller room as expected, but comfy bed and pillow choices. Well-designed details like Dyson hair dryer and hand-painted mural. Delicious breakfast.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to public transport and attractions nearby. We could hop on a ferry to explore further destinations, and the central station was just a short stroll away. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to assist us. The rooms were well-appointed and the hotel had great amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and lounge area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. we highly recommend this hotel.

The room at Aiden By Best Western was small, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. The bed was comfortable, and the room was in good condition. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing public transportation and attractions like the Lyric Theatre. The staff were friendly and always available to assist. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to fabulous restaurants in Barangaroo and all areas of interest. Getting around was a breeze, whether it be by hopping on a ferry for further away destinations or utilizing the public transport nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were cozy and well-maintained. The hotel provided amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerators, and even free bottled water. The view from some rooms was also a nice bonus.
The airconditioner had a loud whine and ticking noise, which disrupted our sleep.
